i created an account for the free web hosting package 1 and i got through to the process page and down the bottom where it says to acces your cpannel at 'some ip address/cpannel/' i click on it and it doen't load. i also tried to FTP to it and it didn't work.

does it take time after it says its actvated or something

edit: don't worry i went to it through the web hosting up the top and i got in
