Haunted House

Act 1, Scene 1
This place starts out in the living room as dad and mom start talking about there new house that they plan on buying.

Dad: So..what do you think of this place?

Mom: Well from what I can see it is a nice place. Two stories, lots of windows and even has a swimming pool!

Dad: That seems really nice. I always wanted a swimming pool. So how much did this place cost again?

Mom: One hundred seventy thousand dollars.

Dad: That's a lot just for a house.

Mom: Yes hun but you know it has a swimming pool plus it has two stories.

As they were about to speak again they look towards the entrence of the house when there son John rushes in like somethings wrong

John: Mom...Dad...come see this.

Dad: What's the matter son?

Mom: Yea what is the matter?

John: Something happened to the garage!

Mom: Like what?

John: I heard a huge bang and when I went to see it, it had green stuff all over it. But now it's gone.

Mom: (laughs a little) Oh son there is nothing wrong.

Dad: (whispering to Mom) Probaly just a new house experience getting a little scared about the new place.

Mom: (whispering to Dad) Yea probaly.

Dad: So John you want to see your going to be new house?

John: Ok!

Dad and John walks up the stairs heading down the hall where we can no longer see them. The owner of the place comes up to Mom and hands her the keys.

Owner: Here are the keys to the new place

Mom: Ok thanks. My son seen something strange out there. Is there something wrong or strange with this house.

Owner: (hesitating) oohhh nothing. Nothing at all is wrong with this place. Umm you uhh well he probaly has that new house experience.

Mom. (giving here a strange look, her eyes closing in on her) If there is any problems is there a way we can contact you?

Owner: Oh yes right here (the owner hands her a card with his name on it)

Mom: Ok thanks...(looking down on card)..chip.

Chip: No problem. Enjoy the house!

chip leaves the house and now Mom is alone just talking to herself

Mom: Hopefully nothing will happen...hopefully


Act 1, Scene 2
Dad and Mom was making dinner around 4:00 P.M. and John was playing outside when something in the neighborhood came to meet him

John: Hi, my name is John

Ken: My name is ken, I knew the old owners of this house

John: That's pretty cool

Ken: Yeah that is, but on one night there garage was red, but it looked like paint because there was a paint bucket next to it

John: Yea...

Ken: I found a finger in it though

John: Whoa...wait a second! you found a real finger in it?

Ken: Yeah! And one night there was a guy in a black suit with a crobar in his hand

John: Do you know what he looked like?

Ken: No

John: Seems kind of scary

Ken: I know he is

Mom is yelling at John out the front door that dinner is ready and he can play with his friend later

John: I guess it's time for me too leave

Ken: I guess so..well bye!

John: bye

2 hours later

John: Hey mom I am going outside and play with Ken

Mom: Make sure you come in before it's 10:00 P.M

John: Don't worry mom!

John meets Ken out in the front walkway by the curb of the street

Ken: Hey

John: Hey, so.. tell me more about that man with the crobar and such

Ken: Well I heard he rang the doorbell and one of their reletives answered the door

John: (in amusement) Tell me more!

Ken: When he answered the door the guy in the suit said "hello" and the guy slaughtered him with the crobar and beat him 15 times

John: Whoa! do you know him?

Ken: Yea....he's my Dad
