Ok so like 6 months ago i went to this site http://www.alphagems.com/ and joined the mailing list (they say you get a free diamond) and what comes in the mail while i was gone for summer, a free diamond, it is small but it is cut into a normal shaped diamond it is about four times as big as this ---->.
To get one go to http://www.alphagems.com/ and scroll to the bottom I also unsubscribed from the mailing list about one week after i subscribed |

did you miss out a photo on your post above (where you indicated the diamond's size)? it isn't clear how BIG it is by your estimation above... four times as big as the dot (at which the arrow points to)? or four times as big as the width of the dashed line?
 also visited the link you gave. the form they provide, simply is for name and email address... how did they send it to you? did they ask for your home address after subscribing? i'm wary of testing it with my email address for now, it may lead to spam later. would like to hear from your experience though.  |

What i did was (this is six mounths ago) signed up to the newsletter then it askes for your address, i got one newsletter and un subscribed (i have a spam account, dedicated to subscribing to spam) then a few days ago i get a leaflet and attached to the leaflet is a small bag with a tiny diamond in it, im guna sell it to the jewlers for a quid. Anyway i just spotted this on the site

Sry but wuts the point, its like a peice of dust..... its not big enough to be worth anything.
Thats cool that they actually send you a diamond. But still imo it seems kinda pointless in my veiws. |

Wow the diamond is so small I thought it was a dust or a tiny splat of ink. LOL, well still atleast its a free diamond; it has to cost something.

A free diamond! WOW but the size of this diamond is very very small, how much it cost?
I think we need a microscope or a Compund microscope to see this little and tiny diamond so what is the procudure for to get this little and cuty diamond???????? |

It seems as though they had to send out too many (you only had to subscribe to the newsletter, then i un subscribed) so now you actually have to buy somthing to recieve one, they say they may revert it back to the old rules in the future.
It is probably not worth much (maybe £1=$1.82) but i thought it was interesting that they actually sent it |
