It says "Account Creation Complete" I had some type of DNS problem as well when I first recieved my account and it didn't cause any problems. Can you still log into your cpanel and all? I might have recieved errors but it didn't do anything.

You received this error because you used a special character for your subdomain name, i.e. hyphen.

Your hosting application did not contain any special character and so should your activation process. Please do not use underscore or hyphen or any other none-alpha-numeric characters for both cPanel and subdomain name.

Besides,

that should be self-explanatory. Pick another subdomain name.
