This is a great service. It has some major cities supported. The closest one to me is Denver, CO and it shows the actual location of taxi's live! It's pretty cool. One scenario I can think of when you would use it is you call a taxi for some reason and you're wondering where the taxi is or how long it's going to take, just use ride finders and you can look if there is a taxi or shuttle coming to where you are. A great method to use this feature would be if it had support for a mobile phone.

that is really cool! i dont find a use for it..but it is really cool! i like their satelite images where you can look everywhere, i saw my house :-D i jsut wish they would update the pictures every so often, those sattelite images are 2-3 years old!

wow, that really is cool but i think it would be easier to just go in a phone book and look for cabs.

I checked it out and was clicking the update locations (for NYC) but I really didn't see any moving around. Is it some sort of gps that keeps track of taxis or is it just fixed locations?
