I have to write an application that supports multiple displays. I need to obtain the name of a given monitor and the adapter it is connected to (like SyncMaster 795MB / ATI Radeon 9200). I saw it is possible, but found no clean way on the Net... Location of these strings in the registry seems to vary with Windows version, and I also need to pair these names with monitor numbers (used in screen.monitors array) or monitor handles. Does anyone have info on this?
Thx in advance!! |

There is 2 different ways. One from registery other you can use the API function. If you have a question send to e-mail.
