do you mean like free sub domain? You could try
co.nr (www.co.nr) <----- Free of ads but you have to put a link back to their site, which sucks, but some people still don't do it and their site works. .tk (dot.tk) <-----ads support and a their toolbar redirect back to their site automatically generate on top. you could find many more free sub-domain host by using google search. |

I believe that there was another good site. It was called uni.cc or something along those lines. I haven't used it myself, but I know somebody who has. He said it was a really good service. A lot better than .tk cos it was faster and less down time.
I'm not certain though, cos as i said, i've never used it! |

There is also http://www.cjb.net but there is an ad on the top, using a frame. Your better off buying the domain instead.

www.cjb.net is a redirect place. Yes, I used that all the time.

There are lots out there. But all I know is cjb.net. They are pretty good. Not the worst and not the best.
