Ok so I know now that I was supposed to save my FTP information when I signed up but I'm new to all this and I did not, is there a way of accessing this information??

try ftp://ftp.enchanted.trap17.com/enchanted.trap17.com? The password will be the same as your Cpanel.
Also, you can upload files via the Cpanel File manager, too. Or any other FTP client you might have access to. |

Try what that guy said, if that doesn't work send an email to them and get them to send it again.
If you need a FTP client then i recommend FileZilla. http://filezillaproject.org |
