Greetings, Im new to hosting and just set up my trap domain, The cpanel is kinda confusing only because there are alot of buttons, I made basic web page with frontpage, and published it, I have created a new network place. but nothing is there when i open my domain but a trap message. When I open the ftp:// page I get a ftp folder error message, ( also why does it say im user 5 or 7 sometimes, are people using my page?) Can anyone set me in the right direction???

Thanks for your time reading this. I'm not sure what you mean. You need to upload your files either with your CPanel File Manager, or a FTP Client. Once you've uploaded your files into the public_html directory, your site should be good to go. |

first you can just log into your cpanel with your cpanel username and your password as
http://yourdomain.com/cpanel or http://yourname.trap17.com/cpanel then you just click the filemanager button you just go to the public_html directory, you got the root dir of your host you just click the upload file.then choose the " change the original file " then the original index.htm file would be changed to new , if you don't choose this then it will upload nothing. if you just would like to upload it with FTP.you just got the ftp programme like cute ftp or flashfxp. your ftp address is yourname.trap17.com username is your cpanel username |
