heres the login information i use

add : ftp.sub-domain.qupis.com
user: my username
pass: my pass
port: 21

i already opened a ticket and it seem pending at the moment but does anybody know a solution... im already having problems with php files.

im getting a password error but i can open my account via web easily

Well then check your password again, your PHP problem could be t do with register_globas being on.

So far until now I haven't any ftp issues with Qupis hosting.
It is great in service.

Could you able login to the cpanel ?
If you did, you can create a new ftp account yourself.
