I'm been looking for a download manager software that is a 100% freeware. Download Accelerator doesn't suit me well because it's a shareware. Anyone knows of any freeware download manager? Thanks in advance... |

Does "Free Download Manager" downloads from different mirrors simultaneously? As in downloading from different servers all at the same time, to increase efficiency in case a server download is capped at a certain speed. GetRight, another download manager, does this. However it isn't a freeware, so I cannot have it. |

Download the best download manager (besides flashget) :
Star downloader http://www.stardownloader.com/ (it has a free and pro version, but both are very good cause they increase the speed in 400 %) Flashget - The best http://www.amazesoft.com/ (it works based on ads, i mean, sometimes in shows up an ad in your pc, but that is sometimes. the program says that is shareware, but it's free as long the ads shows up on your pc.) |

All the good download manager are not free, which sucks. If your a programmer you can try to make your own, look on http://pscode.com/
I know a free download manager that will download simultaneously. It is FreshDownload from http://www.freshdevices.com/ . Even your serial is free. No ads the last time I used it. You have to register first, so they can send you junk which you can unsubscribe. Most free download managers has ADS, which slows that your downloads. |

Thanks in advance...  there is star downloader it is realy good it is like bit torrent downloder but it will work wsith any type of file and it has download speeds of about 500 times fastrer than regular /default browser file downloaders |

I used really good program and its free called Internet Download Manager and can boost your download speed give it a try.
