or you can allways use cutenews, or cuntenews.ru, its very small and dont need SQL database, but can use. It can be integrated with any site, and cutenews.ru is url friendly
wordpress is realy good, and have a lot of skins to chose from.

Personnaly, i like wordpress, much more then blogger.com (google blog script), but mambo is also a good choise.

Anyway, of those, i'd use only the wordpress for blogs, it's more attractive, in my opinion.
