On an extra note, I think it's rather retarded of the website to only offer it for download for only a set amount of time instead of allowing whoever bought it to be able to download it at any time.

I thought I just post a Small update and say this offer is now close, I would have posted this a bit sooner if I wasn't waiting for a response on how to download this after getting this error when clicking on the link. You can still get a free preview of the book if you want, but I don't think that will help anyone.
