well firstly yes but i have blocked them on m,y comuter because:
a) its illegal  they have many virususand c) there rubbish quality |

Itīs the same question over and over again. Downloading mp3 is something illegal in most countries so donīt expect that someone here says "oh, yes, go to this link", because in this case probably a mod will have to clos this post (maybe itīll get close anyway because of the asking).
If you want to download mp3, you can use p2p programs like Soulseek under your own risk and knowing that probably youīre making something illegal downloading and sharing music (although itīs not clear, there are lots of legal gaps). Iīm not saying that you mustnīt do it, in fact Iīm not afraid of it and I donīt believe in those theories that say that "you are killing the music", but I canīt encourage you to do it. why would people continue to ask for things knowing they are illegal, especially with everything that has happened in the past with these shareware sites, and the recording companies.

Downloading mp3s isn't illegal. It's downloading comercial mp3s that are illegal. If you really want some songs, go find it yourself or buy it.

Off Topic: My teacher today was talking about shareware, freeware, GNU license and others stuffs and she said that there is a guy (important one) whose speak is: "Large companies do like that we keep pirate programs on our own computer because when we got to work on a company, if it has the money, and its users are used to it, they will have to buy the license as it's too risk not to buy them and use it as illegal." Do you think he is wrong? I kind agree with him. I mean, Microsoft knows almost everyone uses pirate programs from it such as Windows and they will never come after us (users) but they will go after companies. |

music.download.com has LEGAL MP3's to download, although they are not popular songs.
It is ILLEGAL to post any MP3 link that is illegally distributed by sites! Use P2P at your own risk. |
