In my opinion free isps suck. I mean either you only get a few minutes each month, your computer is blasted with pop-ups, or it's down a lot. Of cource free hosting is always dail-up so it's superslow. I would suggest cheap hosting though. Like access4less . I mean access4less is only 5 bucks a month. how great is that? They even give you email! That's a lot for $5 a month. Even though I use gmail instead of the email they give me. If you are really broke then I guess you can get one of those free isps that blast you with pop-ups and get a pop-up filter. Well if you do get a pop-up filter you have to pay for it. And that pretty much renders the use of free internet access useless.

They arent really worth your time unless you need internet acces in an emergency and the computer already has a modem on it. The net-zero sign up file fits in a floppy disk and its quite useful to have around. But there are better ips out there, and some charge as little as $5 a month for dial-up.

When will you people learn, no one will give you anything for free !!! Remember that ! Everyone who gives you something for "free" has some profits (usually from pop-ups, dialers...) using adware and spyware. If you want to have anything good you'll have to pay for it !
