I was told that this promotion has been running for a while, and it ends on May 31, 2005....and I wanted to confirm that I just received my iPod Shuffle.

Here are the numbers:

1) You open online EZ checking account with Citibank
2) Minimum monthly balance of $1,500 USD
3) Pay 2 or more online bill using that checking account
4) Continue this for 12 months
5) 90 days after your first 2 online bill payment, and your account statement reflects your transaction, you will receive one Shuffle 512MB

Perhaps maintaining $1,500 would be greater than some but, since I had bunch of gift checks floating around I thought why not? It's not that I was hurting by opening up another checking account. So, I started to pay all of my utilities online. I had to do that anyway. This saves me the cost of stamps.

I believe this offer is good only on USA online signup. UK and Australia are not offering at this time however, ask them. The offer code is CK59 (as it was stated in Citibank's website).

sounds like a good way of getting a free ipod shuffle but i would rather just go out and buy one than have to do all that

Yeh, Who wants too wait a year for it anyway,
You'd probably forget about it anyway.

You would wait 90 days for your Shuffle. Like I said, I was able to do the deposit. It's not for everyone, I suppose.

Something to consider if you have balance to transfer.
