i just know more and more friends now building the site,yea,i'm also,but from last year until now i haven't even use one top level domain,the problem is not i didn't have it,but i think the top domain is not so cute,for it's renew pay.

so now i'm using the .com.ru domain.
and if you don't have a domain and you don't wanna to use the webhost's subdomain,now i have selected some of the good free dns service and subdomains,which you can use for your toplevel domain's dns control,(changed to their dns for use),better than registration's dns service i think.

Hi I just want to find out what the difference is between top level, DNS, redirection and email redirection and even cloaking. I am actually rather confused by all these terms. I have tried a few so called redirection or forwarding services but I still find the best and most reliable one to be from unonic.com though there aren't as many features as some sites promise but everything works and they allow you to have as many url to forward as you want. You can even configure where to place the ads and if any are to be placed at all. I've also tried www.dottk.tk where they give you for free a url such as www.yourname.tk and I have tried it but it is just another redirctor. Is there a way to like change every single file from

eg. http://www.yourname.trap17.com/directory1/something.html
to a http://www.yourname.com.ru/directory1/something.html

Dot Tk will hide all your files and folders from browsers. You won't see http://www.yourname.trap17.com/directory1/something.html in your web-browser when you visit them. They are basically allowing you to reach your website http://www.yourname.trap17.com/ with their own dot tk, it could be fraction of frame inserted in their dot tk site. Since they do not host any files and folders in their website it is not possible to have any extension files from dot tk.

The case is same with .com.ru they are only redirecting you to your files and folders in your-subdomain.trap17.com website. It is not possible to have urls like http://www.yourname.com.ru/directory1/something.html and alike.

Thtas alot of domain redirections to choose from. Wicth one are the best though? Ill prob just go with yahoo since ive heard great things about it!

Well, the one that i use is freedomain.co.nr and I am able to use urls like domain.co.nr/me.html etc. The only thing i dislike about their service is the fact that we have to link them back on the main page, but then its only to be expected.
