I came acreoss this cool new site offerin 500 MB file hostin scheme with unlimited download. Plus it allows 1.5 GB mailin. Still in Beta though. Its quite a relief for users like me. Comments.....

i took a look at this site. it seems very good. you might have wanted to say that its 500 mb PER FILE. which is a pretty good thing i would say. i think filefront.com offers a max of 1gb i think.

filefront is 1gb. This is good though too. Does anyone know how fast upload speeds are for the these two places? I have FIOS and apparently neither filehosting place is very fast, as my upload speed never goes above a certain speed. Anyone know of a FREE fast filehoster online? Becuase I would be very interested in that kind of thing. Thanx in advance if anyone posts a reply to my question...

HoRus: It is working here.
Nice finding... I don't trust them though, nobody can afford hosting so much data for FREE. I think its going down soon, or the files will magically "disappear", or maybe limit free service to 10 KB and switch to paid. There must be a catch. |

Cool. But one question, What if file hosting? Is it like webhosting? Is it a place to store files? Is it a place to dl files? I have no idea. Can some one please help me here? Thank you in advance to who ever does.

So its basically made for just storing files? The link doenst work but you can type it in manually. I guess that the site is a decent deal for the 500 mb of space. I didnt really see any other details though, i guess if its storage then its storage.
