Right firstly I installed a phpbb forum into my site. Two days later it comes up with a MySQL error. I have no knowledge of MySQL so I deleted the forum and tried it with an Invisionfree Board. Now, the very next day it has come up with a MySQL error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you can log into cPanel. Check and see if you can see the mySQL tables. If a user is running a faulty script it may take up all the mySQL processes until we terminate the script.

check the server status from cPanel
CODE
http://www.yourdomain.trap17.com:2082/frontend/rvblue/servicestatus.html

the colors will tell you the status of the server.
