Well, since I couldn't find somewhere better to post. Some suggestions:

1. It's extremely confusing
You should reorder and edit the existing forums. They are REALLY confusing

2. Why you don't use Google Ads? They are way better and more rentable than the ones you are using

Actually from Today only, we have stopped serving google ads. However, we have an account with them and they are working fine on our main page.
So far as the Forum Arrangements are considered, Please Suggest the arrangements in the suggestion section and they would be dont right away.

Well, 39 posts is a low amount IMO

I can post 50 in a day depending on the forum
I'm used to post in "Post to Get Hosted™" services... Oh well...

I'll suggest them later. Why I my post count remains 0?

Some of the topics like Jokes and Lobby are not counted as a part of the Forum and they serve as purpose for Pass-time. So POSTS posted under these topics won't count.
Posting at some serious topics like Programming and Designing will very much earn you points.

Wait a minute... I'm not exactly clear on this. I thought you only needed 15 posts? What's this about 39? If the Lobby doesn't count, then how come it shows up on my post count?

That was awhile ago. When I first came, the minimum posts you needed to make was 39 and this section originally did not count your posts. But I think along the way, admin decided to give more leeway and started this section's post count.

Presently, you don't even need to post to get an account. see how good the admin is?

So wher wont Things count for posts?

Should have posted this in suggestions... But yeah, I agree that you should really re-arrange the categories and remove all the sub-categories.
