If you forgot only your Cpanel password, go here :
CODE http://trap17.com/process/change_password.htm ^^^ That will take you to the place where you can change your cpanel password provided that you know your forum username/password. You need 10 hosting credits to change your Cpanel password too. So make sure you have enough before doing so. * If you forgot your Cpanel username, go here : CODE http://trap17.com/process/statuscheck.htm ^^^ Go there, enter your forum username and password and it will display some sort of report. Somewhere in the middle will display this : QUOTE YOUR CPANEL USERNAME IN OUR RECORD IS : "[THIS IS YOUR CPANEL USERNAME]" As you can see your forum username and password is also very important besides your Cpanel username and password. |
