how do I host a 11meg file on my page?

ok if you want to put it on your page here is how to do it:
you have to upload it - via browser from the cpanel or ftp

Yea, you have to upload it to an FTP, I know of no place that allows the uploads of 11 megabyte files for free. In fact...I don't really no of any that are paid either...lol. If you don't have an FTP available, you can just ask a friend. I don't see why they couldn't spare 11 megabytes.
