cPanel is the Control Panel used by Trap17.com for all database users to use when editing their own website, either a subdomain or a domain transfer, with hosting as if it was paid, but all that you have to do is keep active on the forums.

I had never heard of it until my friend was chatting about it then i saw it on trap17 so you kno thats where i saw it first
