Hi i cant access cpanel on the port that you gave, is there a way to access it through port 10000 ?

Cpanel port access is via :2082 or :2083 ( 2083 being a secure connection ), so your sign-on is something like:
http://www.jlhaslip.trap17.com/cpanel or http://www.jlhaslip.trap17.com:2082 ; except the sub-domain (jlhaslip) will need to match your sub-domain. |

Hmm, alright thanks alot for the info, i can now get into my cpanel already, the problem wasn't with ur server but was with my ISP which is now solved,
