Hey everyone,

I'm new... I logged into my cpanel by http://domain.address.com/cpanel
and when I want to add files or update my email addres, it'll say successful... but nothing shows up : ( Can anyone help me out? thanks!

If you lose your cpanel's password,you can recover new pass by confirming info and new password will be sent to your email. :wink:

I don't think that's what the problem is. I'd contact an admin or something for that problem.

Yeah, that's not the problem. i can login just fine, but when I upload things, it says it wa ssuccessful. But it doesn't show up.

make sure the admin's know this, they will be able to help you out. Sounds like a bug.
