I don't get that the File Manager works. I am not able to go up any file, I believe that has relationship with the problem of Cpanel

Nothing works on my account

If you want to go into any of the directories, click on the folder icon next to them. I think that you can upload files from the public_html directory (if there is one). This is just how things worked on my last couple of hosts.

if you have a free account then nothing is going to work right untill the admin get's the new server working.

if you used a download manager tool, you shoud remove it!

The new server is coming , and all the new acc is alright , don't worry

He's not reposting to let us know if it works.
