Why is everything hosted on the cPanel part of my site always so slow? Anything after xero.trap17.com:2082 is very slow... why?

Probably due to a high server load... Mine is slow too sometimes. But usally it's just as fast as the rest of my site, it is always slow for you?

It is not YOUR cpanel, the port is for the server, You can go to my url with the servers port: http://cragllo.trap17.com:2082/ and you can login there... works with all sites hosted on the server

And it must be your connection that is making it slow.

Cpanel is also loading on my computer pretty slow. It doesn't normally load this slow, but the server may have a huge load on it, may be getting repaired, or many other problems that could cause it to load slowly. Just wait a while, and cpanel will load up...eventually.

Cpanel has tons of images to load, That whole panel is nothing but a ton of images, that possibly is what is causing this?

Posible. cPanel is basicly a image based layout. Logos, advanced layout, buttoms and all of it. They all use images. I suppose you could be correct. Thanks for your input. I think you may of solved it. It may be my connection.

I am currently running on a 330.5 KBPS connection. On AOL DSL BROADBAND. I hate AOL. I do, of course, use firefox to browse.

Yeah it takes ages for the images to load, luckily firefox caches them pretty well so they dont need to load every time you visit them smile.gif

Try using s simpler layout. It loads slow on my computer too, but after it loads, it's fast.
