Open the Command Prompt windo To convert a volume to NTFS from the command promptw.[(START) >> (RUN) >> CMD {ENTER}]
In the command prompt window, type
convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs

For example, typing convert D: /fs:ntfs would format drive D: with the ntfs format.

Be very careful using this command, i have seen many people get it done, and then thre system just crash. If you thought about needing to do this, i'd reformat, its safer and more relieable.
