Desperately seeking "any key" to continue... ![]() Group: Admin Posts: 3,627 Joined: 23-April 05 From: Trap17 storage box Member No.: 6,042 myCENT:33.80 |
The recent server issues with gamma and theta were due to server restructuring of ComputingHost services.
ComputingHost has settled on final draft of hosting company takeover. ComputingHost agreed to Shothost.com's sale terms and finalized as of this morning. All Shothost.com clients were migrated to ComputingHost and some to gamma server. This caused minor delay in web traffic, thus, both servers (theta and gamma) were jammed for a while. Xisto Corporation, ComputingHost, Trap17 and AstaHost would like to express deep apologies for causing any inconveniences during server down times. ComputingHost welcomes all new clients of Shothost.com. Previous Shothost.com customers, please feel free to contact ComputingHost live support team via online 24/7 at http://www.computinghost.com Thank you. |

was shothost.com a PAY-for-hosting service, BH? if so it would mean that computinghost has now a much larger client base?

That's cool. That means more customers, and that also means Xisto is expanding once again. That probably is good news for the whole network. Maybe it'll help out OpaQue with some funds as well. Keep up the good work.

Xisto just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Pretty soon not only Xisto will be known all over the internet but so will Trap 17 as well.

w00t! way to go OpaQue/Whoever else was included on the deal.... It's good to see xisto expanding more! although the increase in traffic will mean a bit og lagging unless/until they increase the server size with ram etc....
but good job!! cant wait to greet some of the members |

It should be interesting indeed, to see if the any of the new clients will be joining the forums at all. I went to the shouthost website completely cleaned out. Like I mention in my astahost post, OpaQue should look into smaller hosts and see if he can do a corporate take over on them as well.
But congrats on the new purchase who knows maybe with this purchase we could see some upgrades to the hosting accounts. If the revenue's do work well it could happen that we go from 150 to 200mb of space maybe to 7-8gb of bw as well. |
