You know, spending 50$ for a spyware scanner is tough, you also need to spend that same money on Antivirus, Firewalls etc.

Comodo however, is an amazing company that offers all these products for free. And no, they aren’t stripped down versions that are made to promote paid products… because that’s the thing. They don’t have paid products. They’re just some rich company who sell SSL certificates (which can cost over 1000$ for a single customer). And they’re here to offer FULL firewall, antivirus, spyware, and malware protection for a lifetime license, Free! Look at it as their “hobby”. This business scheme works because large corporations can use their products, and then pay for their web security certificates. It must be a win win solution. And for those who want EVERYTHING… yes these products have all the features that Norton, MacAfee etc. can offer.

I currently use their Firewall and it has been my choice for firewall for ages. It's way better than paid firewalls in my opinion, and they have a powerful behavior detection system that prevents unknown attacks as well.

It's not bad, but I prefer ZoneAlarm. I know it's not free, but yeah, it's definitely better. I'm talking about the Pro version, not the free one.

Sure, it's better. That's because it's not free. We're looking for stuff where you don't really have to pay anything, because we're poor and can't really afford to pay $50 for a firewall when it's not our only option.
