us vs. china war:

us allies: uk, south korea, japan, australia.

china allies: russia, iran, north korea and some others.

neutral: too many to count. some countries in europe also.

japan: cannot fight unless attacked first, so no use in a war except defending.

south korea: great ally but with his big brother to the north with more than military soldiers in standing.

uk: because of the iraq war, people in uk don't want another war they are not involved with.

us: wary soldiers, stretched military budget, going in to recession will definitely lose


some of US oil suppliers are against the us for example is valenzuela, 20% of oil in us is from valenzuela


US soldiers in Iraq will have a hard time to be redeployed somewhere because of fatique and such

United States of America will win: without a doubt can win against China in a war. Why?? because we have the best army of all time. We also have the best weapons and some new future weapons being made.

China will lose: Even though China has a lot of people (like 2 billion) i they could have a chance but i don't really know how many people actually live there.

No, it will result in a stalemate...

It will depend who attacks first. Lets just say Mainland China threatens Taiwan with nuclear weapons. USA steps in to intervene but comes too late.

Taiwan has already sent their commandos to sabotage mainland china's major powerplants and production facilities. China seeing this launches and all-out-assault on Taiwan, and sends some of its forces to attack.

Meanwhile... USA forces have reached the Chinese Border, they say that if they continue attacking Taiwan they will intervene. Chinese do not listen.

North Korea seeing the USA's forces spread incredibly thin preps for an attack only to be met with formidable resistance by South Korea.

At the Taiwan/Mainland China War. China has dug itself into Taiwan and will have already taken most of it on the first week of fighting. But without a lto of sacrifice... Within a month, Taiwan will have been lost. The USA pacific fleet will move into position to escort refugees from Taiwan into the US.

The Main US pacific fleet based in China is smaller. Insurgence troops in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan etc will see the USA's weakness and attack them at their weakest, major terrorist attacks not only on foreign soil but also on American Homeland. US soldiers in the middle East are decimated by well prepared ambushes...

South Korea would have found itself on the retreat with North Korea right behind them. Japan afraid of North Korea Artillery coming within range steps in to intervene. Japan's intervention successfully keeps the North Korea threat at bay.

UK wanting to help USA sends a very small low profile task force to the US/China conflict which just begun.

Some US ships are downed by Chinese Submarines, While china's anti-ship defences are being destroyed by US ship's naval cannons...

Taiwan is conquered by China. Many US naval forces are ambushed when going near Taiwan.

Then Russia in all this commotion builds their new Anti-Missile Defence system which draws Europe into the war. EU sends their forcesto take down the wall. EU ask desperately for USA's help, USA can only send a very few taskforces spreading their already spread thing forces even more...

The USA's pacific Fleet engaged in the Chinese fleet will have reduced in number by a lot. Chinese navy is slowly advancing. Taking heavy casualties but eventually destroying the USA pacific fleet, almost having their (the chinese) entire navy wiped out. Having their main objective (taking over Taiwan) completed, China withdraws. The USA/China confrontation is over.

North Korea is pusked back to their boundaries and eventually further. Just a few kilometres to North Korea's parliament Building, the President of North Korea Sends everthing he has (including civilians) to fight the South Korea/Japan alliance. But ultimately that is not enough. North Korea is liberated...

The European front is going terrible, Russian forces are decimating EU forces, and the US Taskforce is destroyed before it even reached the front.

US can now concentrate most of their forces on the Russian front. Terrorist attacks are terrible, USA morale is now very low. When suicide bombers made a suicide attempt at destroying the Statu of liberty (and succeeding). Russia eventually pushes the EU forces back halfway through poland when US forces arrive. The front to far from the water for the atlantic fleet to do any good.

Russia finally seeing the threat USA posed to their anti missile system lauched a sneaky assault on West USA, smuggling their Tanks and infantry through container ships in Seattle (going a bit WiC here but should be true...) Tje sneak attack on Seattle means that almost the entire west coats is taken over by Russia. Having their forces spread abit thin, EU/USA taskforce push Rusia back to their Anti-Missile System.

Russia are slowly making their way East in the USA, but after months of fighting, they are finally kicked out of the USA, The European front is over, the anti missile system is destroyed...

World War III is over...

That was just a simluation of what would happen if China and USA waged war. No country would fight one another directly... Both sides would take Heavy casulties...

You'd be surprised at how good the Chinese army is. It could pwn (read: obliterate) America any day. They have influences with Japan, who does the real innovating with weapons.

Now, I think Canada would be neutral in this battle, since although they're right next to america, some 70% of the population is Chinese or somesort of East Asian. Of course, neither the US or China will attack it, since it provides an effective no-man's-land for both sides.

Where do you get that statistic from? You must live in a different Canada than I do, or a big city, locked in China Town.
Not that I am trying to be racist here, but Canada is as Multi-Cultural as a country can be. We love all races, and glory in their differences.

i think USA would loose the WAR. 1st of all american economy is going down day by day. don't forget this factor and yeah one thing more you can't win the war the new technology . this we have saw in Afghanistan's war. still 80% ares is under talban and amercans are limited to only 15% area. lolxxx
it's same in case of IRAQ. you can see in history wat happend in Vietnam with USA. and yeah don't forget the end of USSR .

I made an overgeneralization. Canada is a very multicultural country; that is true. Maybe the figure is about 40%. I live in Toronto, and about 50% of my class (possibly 60%) is Chinese or some sort of East Asian.
Of course we love all races. I'm not trying to be offensive.
