I have a Qupis account otivtech.qupis.com. Now when I try to upload files using the file manager, the text above says that "File uploads are restricted to prevent account issues caused by exceeding your file system quota". What do I do?

Well it seems that your files are too large, and so you might have to go through your coding and reduce white space, host your images somewhere else and then link them from there, and maybe split your coding such as CSS, javascripts into smaller individual files as well.
