I had the same problem and I'm still waiting for admins to reply. My post is somewhere else on the forum (hosted members area I think).
Is it possible that there is a problem with cpanel? Was it updated lately? Maby they "erased" us?! |

I've just discovered an error!!
http://www.trap17.com/cpanel - DOES NOT WORK instead use: http://69.50.188.18/cpanel Now it works for me, and I just spent 10 hosting credits changing my cpanel password |

ciroxyz,
http://www.trap17.com/cpanel is for the server of trap17 (if there was one) For your site it should have been either www.yourSubdomain.trap17.com/cPanel or www.youDomain.com/cPanel Before jumping into a conclusion please explore the every possible avenue. |
