I am trying to get ot my cpannel but it won't let me connect. I am using Firefox, I cleaned out my cashe and my cookies.

I go ot http://mysite.trap17.com/cpanel and i get a page with this message:

nope, nothing but that screen there, It doesn't even go to the login screen

I type in the url, it redirects to http://mysite.trap17.com:2082/ and then it stays loading for a while and fails with that error screen.

What is the name of your sub-domain? Mysite?
If the sub-domain name is not correct, the error would be expected.

When I try http://racuria.trap17.com:2082/ I get the password screen???

If you have a pop-up blocker please try again with pop-up blocker off.

If you have not enlisted your sub-domain under TRUSTED list please do so.

And finally, you MUST see .htaccess login pop-up message. If you have inadvertently blocked this alert message box, please reset your browser's security setting and try again.

yes its racuria.trap17.com and i turned off all omy popup blockers and even tried opening it in IE Explorer but got the same results
