In my previous topic, I learned about DNS, but I have checked my nameservers have been correctly changed. But if I type the new IP address:
http://208.87.243.98/ I get a page that says Great success, Apache is working on your cpanel and whm server But I can't log in. Any help? |

what's your site URL?
You need to wait a bit for the domain name server to propagate throughout the world. |

There are some server Issues being dealt with as we speak (type).
Please see here: http://www.trap17.com/forums/server-issues...ess-t57771.html for the particulars. This link: is a good one to see when the Server is back in shape and on-line: http://xisto.com/network-status/ the free accounts are on Gamma Server. When that goes all Green, try hooking into your Cpanel and it should all be good then. |

Cpanel is available on port 2082: http://208.87.243.98:2082/ And the secure version on port 2083: http://208.87.243.98:2083/ You can also access cpanel by using this url: http://208.87.243.98/cpanel When I try the links you supplied, I get the following message: Invalid license Main IP Address: 208.87.243.98 CPanel Version: 11.18.3-RELEASE_21703 RVskin Version: 8.38 Note: Server administrator can run perl /root/rvadmin/convert_theme.pl to switch users to other skin such as X skin while waiting for the resolution. Not sure why, but not being able to access the cp is a real headache. |

Obviously I cannot but I concede that when accessing the secure link I got an internal service error but the non-secure one was fine: ![]() Just to prove I'm not lying Anyway, if you did log in (I take it you did), submit a new support ticket here: http://www.xistosupport.com/index.php?_m=t...s&_a=submit Tick the box named CH Support and mention the error you got.
