I can not log on in my control panel.

It shows up this message:

Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.



Can someone explain this to me please.

I can now enter in the control panel.
I still can't create databases, it says there that i have no privileges.

I really need to create databases, is this going to be fixed soon?
