As it was thoroughly proved in the multi discipline fights like Ultimate Fighting Championships and Pride competitions, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is a variation created by the Gracie family in Rio de Janeiro is the best technique of submission ever conceived.

Rickson Gracie and his "little" brother Royce proved in the ring that against any martial art Jiu-Jitsu has proven itīs value, you donīt need to be particularly strong to practice it, 80% of this modality runs on intelligence, not in strength.

You who seek for the most complete martial art, this is the one!

There are a lot of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu dojos in the USA and other countries.

Go give it a shot!

For sure bro, I've trained in five different martial arts over the past 11 years and I can honestly say my time at the Gracie Academy had prepared me best for the street.

What about ninjitsu? It's a pretty deadly martial art.

Brazilian jiu- jitsu is a great style to have under your belt, but it is still not complete. Most MMA fighters train in both a striking and a grappling style. A good example of this type of combination is muay Thai and BJJ.
