For internet cafes:

Use a PC Router.. Install Kerio Winroute Firewall...

It has this module called ISS Orange Web Filter which is the best blocking filter for me... block websites categorically etc etc etc... the best!

Now all clients have a filtered surfing experience... and fast!

i can say, that Novell (expeisive) is a good investment, and a great web filter
