Before I began creating websites myself, i used templates. The best selection of free ones is here: TemplatesBox. Tons of free HTML and Flash templates (although you need to pay for the nicer ones), I'm not affiliated with them I just thought there were alot of threads looking for templates and this is a great resource.

there is a software which lets you create flash templates. the name of that software is Trendy Flash Site Builder. i have demo version. you also use this. this is cool and good software.

there is also another website that has free templates, i think its freetemplates.com or if that is not right than just doa search on a search engine with that and it will give you the site. it has all tempates for free andit has all, html,flash, photoshop.

To be honest, I learnt HTML more or less overnight, and I recently started learning Flash.

Combine either of these with PhotoShop and it's handy dandy slicing tool and you can easily create professional looking pages.

And when you consider that you usually need to pay for these templates or link to the site you got it from, you may as well just learn to make them yourself, it's alot more beneficial to you.

Yes, i also learnt HTML very quickly and Flash even quicker but then i started to use dreamweaver and css. But realy using templants are just amature and its realy hard to find someone who will hire you for putting a free template on a server.
