Come on! SoftIce is system level debuger. It is really very powerfull, but IMHO, the user interface is as bad as possible biggrin.gif And actually I know only few legal reasons to use SoftIce on regular basis... and it is not free.
Olly debuger, on the other hand, is application level debugger, that is free of charge and is very, very powerfull too. Its code analyzing features are really great and actually it is the only debugger that you need if you debug your own applications under Win32.
