You should start from web tutorial e.g.
www.w3schools.com/asp/default.asp - short and good tutorial
www.asptutorial.info - good tutorial for beginners

Why not just borrow one from a library? or you can try http://proquest.safaribooksonline.com , it has tons of IT e-books.
Another place to look is suprnova.org , in the misc section.

yo, just go to www.suprnova.org and to their misc section and download all the book you want. They have tons of .NET programming books.
