I do not have a top level domain so if i want to apply for a host, i must use subdomain. So, do i have cPanel with my subdomain account? And is there any 'subdomain' for subdomain account?

You would've noticed there that I have placed cPanel demo link. You can also find the link in my signature.

To answer your question: yes. We provide you with TRAP17's subdomain and you can create your own subdomain. You can even park another domain to your host. It is up to you.
