I think that apache lacks. For the best results I think you need to run ubuntu linux this is a nice and easy piece of software to use and is quite cool

What you meant by Apache lacks? Apache servers work the same way in all platforms, whether or not in Windows or in Linux. I don't find the point why it works best on Ubuntu Linux? It's better to run a server on RedHat if it's a Linux operating system.
