I was thinking, it would be cool if there was a frontpage-ish program with PHP support. I thought I might be able to do this too, I am pretty good with php, and know a little C, so I might be able too, but what would i put in it anyways?

Yes, I know one: Dreamweaver. I don't know whether it can interpret the code, but I do know that it the PHP code you write in Dreamweaver will be colorized so you can distingiush between the methods/functions and other aspects of PHP code.

Yes, my best chioce is dreamweaver when dealing with PHP, lots of little snippets in dreamweaver to increase your PHP functionality, and surpasses all other "PHP-making programs". Dreamweaver is a must-use

I like to use Dreamweaver, or unless you want to code manually, then use Notepad. Dreamweaver almost contains every type of web format that you can find nowadays. I find it more easier to use then Frontpage. I have used it in the past, and have enjoyed working with such an advanced web editor.

depends, on your pocket really, Dreamweaver is the ultimate web designing tools (php or not),... it supports literally everything and sets standards for every web designing tool, amazing functionality - excellent interface - beautiful streamlined free flowing software.
You name it, you can develop it in Dreamweave, PHP, ASP, XML, XHTML, blah blah.. whateva web design needs you want, it can easily integrate with flash, too and knit seamlessly with generator. I'd give it 10/10 if you aske me. Btw, if you have plans to get dreamweaver, get the MX 2004 version,,, amazing, totally amazing Cheers, Tariq |

Dreamweaver is good, but dont like its interface, its very hard to find the tool I want, also the loading speed is another minus. Other than that, Dreamweaver is a really good editor.
