I was wondering if any of you guys knew of any good pop email clients. I recently signed up for a pop client, but I was wondering what the best client was. People say Outlook is full of bugs and freezes constantly. I am told that open source is the way to go. I'm not familiar with any open source pop clients. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows XP.

Try the built in client in the Opera Web Browser. There's also Mozilla Thunderbird too if you want one seprate from a browser.

Recommended POP3 clients:
1. Mozilla Thunderbird 2. Opera (included with browser) 3. SeaMonkey (incl. w/ browser and composer) 4. Eudora 5. Outlook Express (yuck!) If you have Yahoo! Mail or Google Mail, using the web interface is much like a POP3 client, and is actually much better. It provides more features, and I think it looks really nice. |

Yeah i use Mozilla Thunderbird. The built in spam filter is great and it works well. I would recommend it to anyone since it hasnt failed at all.
