Everyday I am getting breakouts. I take a shower every night. And wash my face everynight. I have no idea why I am getting breakouts. I used an acne cleanser but it isn't doing like anything really.

Its probably hormones and genetics have a little to do with it. It not that your pores are dirty and over washing can irritate the skin and cause a breakout itself. I recommend proactiv if its really bad, I personally have used it and I think it works the best.

Well, you probably don't follow a correct method of face cleansing. As a general rule of thumb, follow the CTM rule. C for Cleanse, T for tone, and M for moisturise. You need to cleanse, that's a common knowledge. After that, use a toner, preferably those without alcoholic content. Toners will tone your face and reduce pore size so your pores don't get clogged up easily. No point in cleansing without toning.
Finally, always moisturise. Your skin's hydration plays an important part to your skin's smoothness. Use non pore-blocking moisturisers. Drink plenty of water. I'd recommend Eve Taylor's essential oil for problematic skin types. It works wonders on my face! Google it, I'm sure you'll be able to find it. |

Another you could try is eliminating as much sugar out of your diet as possible. I think this may work for some people, but it will help a little bit. Another thing is if you try something and dont see results, it may be that you just need to give it time. Dont be so fast to think something's never going to work, and you when find something that does make sure you stick to it and not stop because you're seeing improvements.
