I just want to know , that is it possible to have name servers of own choice from some paying hosting company? ? something like , ns1.mydomain.com instead of ns1.hostingcompanydomain.com.
i think its not possible?? |

At the time of this reply, as far as I can tell, free private nameserver can be obtained through your domain registrar. For example, GoDaddy and Yahoo all you need to do is contact them directly and provide with IP address to your desired nameserver. Then, your private nameserver will be ns1.yoursite.com ns2.yoursite.com that poinsts to set IP address to your selected hosting's nameserver.
If your domain registrar does not provide free private nameserver try contacting OpaQue to see if Xisto Corporation provides such service for Trap17 members. |
