As a site, it looks quite good: the grey theme works quite well with it. (Personally I prefer phpbb but I won't go there :-p)

I highly recommend you break the "Games" forum into sections by genre, so RTS, FPS, MMORPG, Adventure etc. as otherwise it will soon become unreadable.
Also the "need help" could possibly form the basis of a "support" topic, where people post help for the site, for their consoles, or (more for the pc) problems with getting games to work.

You also might want a specific post about the money system (perhaps add an announcements topic, as opposed to News) as how it works is a little unclear...even with you trying to explain it here!

To continue on breaking down the forums you should do the same with the gaming systems so as not ot make the forum look huge in terms of scrolling and trying to get to a particular forum. As for the skin, the grey looks plain as it needs a bit of color; a suggestion would be use colors from a game system, like black and silver for form the PS3, white silver and neon green from the XBOX 360. Of course the banner doesn't really stick with the forum color either I would go with a dark grey, light grey combination to flow with the rest of the forum.

No a bad site , but dont you think you must change the position of the chat room, it spoils the formality lol

Also, how much is it for IPB boards, just cause i see soo many people get them now-a0days

i didnt like the skin of your site.... consider changing it.
there are many forums... try to reduce the number of forums,
eg. you can combine all the PSx forums and put it under one forum and with many subforums under it.
the topic are good.... best of luck.

As nirmal said with the sub forums.. perhaps under systems... stick to Nitendo, Sony, Microsoft, PC, Others... that would cut it down from 11 to 4... merge suggestions and help... and I think youd be off to a good start. Hopefully you can get some active members posting and get some good posts. Perhaos ill come back to you in the future for an affiliate with the site im workin on...

And the template works fine... keep it simple.
