Hello,

I am sorry about the really late timing of this topic but I was a bit busy with VPS and Qupis's (Free Web Hosting site)maintenance sad.gif

The reason Qupis accounts were not being approved was because Qupis was being shifted to another server. We faced some technical difficulties while doing so thus the free web hosting accounts were not getting approved.

Now that Qupis is back up, there are more than a hundred free web hosting accounts to be approved manually so it will take time for them to be approved.
