Ok what is Time 3pm Est, 8pm British Summer Time in my time, i think im central time i live in the united states, in texas (city laredo) so i think im in central time, what is Time 3pm Est, 8pm British Summer Time in central time? Why are you confusing things? use GMT then +1, -1 format to find your current time: other time.
